Bio: Rev Mark S. Lemon – has served as a Priest for over 20 yrs in the Anglican Church of Canada. Trained in Clinical Pastoral studies he has served as a Chaplain within the correctional system in Ontario and B.C. Mark has helped to facilitate numbers of congregations and has been most recently rector of St Hilda’s in Sechelt where he co-founded the Quantum Consciousness Forum. He is also trained re-birther and has facilitated hundreds of people with this powerful breath work. Mark is currently co-director for the School of Sacred Awakening and is counseling privately.

Bio:  Theda Phoenix is an Intuitive Singer and a Songwriter with a passion for personal growth and healing.  She uses her voice and spontaneous songs as a medium to inspire and remind people of their divinity.  Last August, in Whistler Theda improvised the closing song for a Satsang event with world-renowned author Dr. Deepak Chopra called “Be the Change”. Theda also incorporates singing and toning into her bodywork practice.  She has been a holistic massage practitioner since 1998 and draws upon an extensive background of training in solution-based counseling, NLP, coaching, landmark education, Reiki, Huna, yoga, dance and nutrition. Mandai will offer an introduction on Waterbirths - how to do them, why they are beneficial, the connection between life in the womb and using water as a transition to the outer world.  She will explain where water births are practiced and the story of how waterbirths were incorportated into modern birthing practices. Mandai will discuss some stories of dolphin birthing. There will be discussion of the connection between water, gentle births and the healing of the planet that at this time is so crucial and necessary. Waterbirths are a cornerstone of this healing revolution that we are weaving.

In this class you will learn powerful practices to connect with your body and activate your sexual energy in a healthy way that will open you up to love and make you feel alive. This class is especially beneficial if you feel that your sexual energy is diminished and you would like to get it charged up again. This class is experiential in-the-body learning. Drawing from Taoist, Tantric and Sexological traditions, you will learn breathing, movement, and awareness practices to open and strengthen the sexual muscles and get the healing love/sexual energy flowing through your whole body for enhanced health, creativity and pleasure.
